中國通信技術引領金融服務與移動互聯網的地方治理態勢

The Communication Technology Leads on Basic Trend of Financial Services and Mobile Internet in China

摘要


隨著中國科技的進步和通信技術的發展,手機這一傳統的通訊工具已被賦予更多功能。手機銀行憑藉著隨時隨地提供銀行服務的優勢,顛覆了傳統銀行營業時間、地域的限制,為客戶隨時隨地提供金融服務,大幅降低了金融服務的成本,使得各大銀行紛紛與移動運營商合作,大力推廣手機銀行業務。本研究的目的是從手機銀行用戶的角度出發,在UTAUT2模型的基礎上,結合移動互聯網中的感知信任理論,對手機銀行用戶的使用意願和使用行為進行研究,冀望研究結論可提供銀行業者在開展手機銀行業務時的參考。

With the progress of science and technology and the development of communication technology, mobile phone, a traditional communication tool, has been endowed with more functions. By virtue of the advantages of providing banking services anytime and anywhere, mobile banking overturns the limitations of traditional banking business hours and regions, provides financial services for customers anytime and anywhere, greatly reduces the cost of financial services, and makes major Banks cooperate with mobile operators to vigorously promote mobile banking business. The purpose of this study is to study the use intention and behavior of mobile banking users from the perspective of mobile banking users, on the basis of UTAUT2 model and combined with the perception and trust theory in the mobile Internet, in the hope that the research conclusions can provide references for Banks to carry out mobile banking business.
