更年期科學中藥處方模式分折－以1997到2004健保20萬抽樣歸人資料庫為例

摘要

台灣婦女有三分之一的時間是在更年期之後渡過。在此期間婦女們將面對因爲卵巢功能減退所引發的一系列症狀。相對於國外婦女至少60%以上因更年期身心不適症狀而直接求醫，台灣婦女會有一段長時間徘徊於各種療法之間，其特有的健康行爲與醫療需求是不得不重視的議題。
本研究的設計是採用回溯性的世代追蹤研究法，對年齡介於45-55歲之婦女，對其中醫就醫情形、包含就醫之疾病分類、相關疾病之人次與人數分析及中藥處方的狀況進行描述型分析統計。根據資料分析，有近62.8%的45-55歲婦女在1997-2004年當中，在健康照護方面同時尋求中西醫門診的幫助，米來可以進一步分析最常合併使用的中西藥種類，提供中西藥併用安全性及副作用的研究方向。再者，根據分析結果可知大部分的中醫師臨床上再開立科學中藥時，常常使用2-3個複方再搭配單方使用，本研究再搭配單方使用，本研究提出一系列更年期常見症狀的常用複方與單方，至於與傳統醫書認定之用法及療效比較，則待進一步探索研究。

A third of time for Taiwanese women is passed after menopause. During this period, the women will face a series of symptoms caused by the degradation of ovary function. At least more than 60% of women go to see doctor directly in foreign countries because of uncomfortable symptom of body and mind in menopause. Taiwanese women will wander in various kinds of treatment for a long time, their peculiar healthy behavior and medical demand are topics to be paid attention.
The tracing method is used for the design of this research. As for 45-55 years old women, their medical situation, disease type, number of patients, and condition of Chinese medicine prescription are analyzed statistically. According to the analysis, nearly 62.8% 45-55 years old women seek for the treatment of Chinese and Western medicine at the same time in 1997-2004. It can he analyzed further in the future that what kind of Chinese and Western medicine used moat frequently, in order to provide the research direction of safety and side effect for combined Chinese and Western medicine. Moreover, according to the analysis result, it is known that most Chinese medicine doctors often use the medicine made of two or more ingredients and single prescription upon opening the scientific Chinese medicine. This research proposes a series of single prescription and multiple prescriptions for menopauses. As for the utilization and comparison of the curative effect with the traditional medical book, it needs further explore and study.
