The implementation of the systematic operation of preschools is a key element in maintaining the professional quality of early childhood education. The main purpose of this study is to introduce the connotation of the systematic operation of preschools, important implementation concepts, and propose specific strategies that can be applied. Finally, the "planning learning center" example is used to illustrate how the systematic operation can be applied to problem analysis, determining goals, and PDCA cycle. The research looks forward to providing preschool educators with a systematic operation thinking, improving the quality of the early childhood education, and sharing more successful cases in the future.
