摘要

執行幼兒園系統化運作是維持優質專業教保品質的關鍵要素。本文旨在介紹幼兒園系統化運作的內涵以及執行的重要概念，並提出具體策略，最後以「規劃學習區」實例，從現況與問題分析、目標設定、PDCA循環來說明系統化運作的應用。盼藉此拋磚引玉，提供教保人員以系統化運作的思維，提升教保專業品質，以期有更多成功案例的分享。

The implementation of the systematic operation of preschools is a key element in maintaining the professional quality of early childhood education. The main purpose of this study is to introduce the connotation of the systematic operation of preschools, important implementation concepts, and propose specific strategies that can be applied. Finally, the ＂planning learning center＂ example is used to illustrate how the systematic operation can be applied to problem analysis, determining goals, and PDCA cycle. The research looks forward to providing preschool educators with a systematic operation thinking, improving the quality of the early childhood education, and sharing more successful cases in the future.
