中醫治療泌尿道感染之病例報告

摘要

本篇討論一位23歲女性因尿液檢查異常而求診西醫，服用2週抗生素後複檢報告同前。採用中藥治療2週後，白血球脂解酶顯著降低。由本病例發現，在處理泌尿道感染（淋證）時，適當使用滋陰清熱藥物，可針對細菌性菌尿症（bacteriuria）合併念珠菌菌尿症（candiuria），同時抑制細菌及黴菌的孳生，進而解決泌尿道感染，達到治療效果。

This article discusses a 23-year-old woman who goes to the doctor because of abnormal urine tests. The re-examination report after taking antibiotics for 2 weeks is the same as before. After 2 weeks of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine, the count of leukocyte esterase was significantly reduced. In this case, appropriate use of Chinese medicine for nourishing yin and clearing away heat can target bacterial bacteriuria and candiuria, while inhibiting the breeding of bacteria and molds, thereby treating the urinary tract Infection, achieve the therapeutic effect.
