交通運輸與資源利用多目標規劃整合模式之研究
A Multiobjective Programming Model for Transportation and Resources Use
摘要
本研究提出依套整合交通運輸與資源利用(土地，能源及水等資源)的多目標規劃模式，其中考慮之目標有三：(1)總交通旅行成本最小，(2)土地資源的總開發成本最小，及(3)交通運輸能源的總消耗最小。在這些目標下的限刻式有：(1)土地資源限制式，(2)水資源限制式，(3)土地使用分區密度管制限制式，及(4)旅次產生分配限制式。除了建立多目標的整合模式與使用基歐夫林求解法外，並將對台南地區作模式之實證研究。

Three obiectives selected for use in the planning process are: (1) the minimization of total travel cost, (2) the minimization of land development cose,and (3) the minimization of energy consumptions in transportation. Constraints are on: (1) land availability, (2) zoning control, (3) trip generation/allocation,and (4) water resource.As a closure,this paper investigates several land use and transportation strategies for Tainan,Taiwan with the proposed model.
