台灣南部技術院校教師教學領導模式分析

Analyzing Teachers' Teaching Styles in Technical Colleges

摘要


近幾年來台灣政府一直在推動教育改革,實施改革措施,而教師是教育過程中的靈魂人物,所以改進教學方法可以說是提昇教學品質,落實教育改革的重要關鍵。本研究是探討技術院校教師之教學領導風格的分佈狀況及其與人口變項之間的關係。研究發現技術院校教師的教師領導風格之分佈以實現者最多,而支援者最少,且不管是從性別、年齡、職位、服務年資等方面來探討皆以實現者及影響者分佈最多,支援者分佈最少。實現者教師是以課程目標為中心,支援者教師是以人為中心,此種現象是否意味著台灣長久以來實行聯考制度,使學生、家長、社會皆注重考試分數,而忽略了教育是在培養健全的國民,值得進一步的探討。

Recently, the Taiwan government has been advancing and implementing education innovation. Since teachers play key roles in education, the [0] improvement of teaching is the most important way to promote quality teaching and implement positive changes.. The purpose of this study was to examine the distribution of teachers' teaching styles in terms of their demographic data. The results indicated that most of the subjects fell under achiever's teaching style, while a smaller number fell under supporter's teaching style. When examining variables such as sex, age, current position, and number of years in this position, the results indicated that most teachers fell under either achiever's teaching style or influencer's teaching style. Only a small group fell under supporter's teaching style. Since achievers are goal-centered and supporters are people-centered, the results of this study imply that the system of college and university joint entrance examinations in Taiwan have led students, their parents, and even society to value scores on examinations and neglect the purpose of education. Further studies related to this phenomenon are suggested.
