摘要


In this paper, a compact elliptical polarization planar inverted F (PIFA) satellite antenna is designed, which can achieved the satellite communication with elliptical polarization. RF signal is transmitted through the feed and RF connector with reflector indirectly. The prototype are fabricated and measured. The input impedance bandwidth is 20.3% for S11<-10dB, and frequency is from 1.450 GHz to 1.790 GHz. The antenna peak gain is 13dBi. This compact antenna also can be work on L-band terrestrial communication and easy to carry、install and replace dish reflector(mesh or solid). Technical developments and advantage function will help connectivity under all kind of severe weather & environment condition.
