Nasopharyngeal fibroma is a very rare, benign, soft tissue tumor. This disease almost always occurs in young men. It is also called polypoid fibroma or fibromatous polyp. If the tumor is removed completely, the prognosis is good. We report a 39-year-old man who suffered from nasal obstruction, snoring, and shortness of breath for 3 years. Flexible nasopharyngoscopy and MRI of nasopharynx with contrast enhancement showed a huge mass extending from nasopharynx to the bilateral posterior nasal cavity and oropharynx. There was no lymphadenopathy. The nasopharyngeal tumor was removed endoscopically via the transoral route. The histopathology report confirmed that the tumor was a nasopharyngeal fibroma. Since the operation, there has been no recurrence during 1 year follow-up.
