車輛懸吊系統設計參數最佳化分析之研究

摘要


本文採用實驗設計怯,統計分析車輛懸吊系統雙自由度車輛模式之乘適性能,建立四個不同輸入因素分別為主懸質量、主次懸吊質量比、主次懸吊勁度比、阻尼比個別參數之交互影響關係,再配合最佳化分析,以求取乘適性能最佳化所對應之輸入設計參數,此法計算車輛乘適性能結果,可根據所設定之目標函數評估相關設計參數。可有效解決此項車輛乘適性能系統性能參數交互影響關係評估之困擾。

This study apply the experimental design method to establish the evaluation method for the vehicle ride comfort performance. The vehicle ride characteristics was analyzed by using a two-degree-of- freedom vehicle dynamic model. The four design parameters of the vehicle suspension system including the sprung mass, suspension mass ratio, suspension stiffness ratio, and the damping ratio were the chosen parameters. The output performance index chosen was the transmissibility of the sprung and unsprung mass displacements. The linear and quadratic effects for each design parameter and their linear interactive effects were analyzed and showed. The response surface for each performance index can demonstrate the effects of each parameter. The procedure of optimization search for the minimum objective function value and its corresponding setting values for the input parameters were also been established. The calculated results was validated and compared with the original experimental data, performance indexes were improved and this provide an easy and feasible approach method for the design of the suspension system.
