建物外部的噪音影響與室內音品之實測分析及探討

摘要


目前國內環保法規訂定測量建物外部噪音時,聲音感應器須距離建物牆面線1m~2m,惟並未考量牆面反射音修正係數,亦未有建物外部與建物內部之音量關係的研究。參考國外之研究成果,對於建物外部噪音之評估,皆顯示須對牆面反射音之影響進行修正,多數文獻對法規測量距離(牆面線1m~2m)之修正建議約為3.0分貝。以國內常見的水泥建材而言,建物外部噪音初步保守預估應受到2.0分貝的牆面反射增量影響。本研究實測值與國外文獻結果之平均差值約0.5分貝~1.0分貝,彼此呈現一致性,可作為國內噪音測量及評估上之參考。另本研究亦針對於窗戶(換氣口)全開且為空房之條件下,實測建物外部噪音傳遞至室內時之衰減量,初步保守預估至少5.0分貝。

According to the existing environmental protection regulations of our country, when measuring the exterior noise level of a building, the sound sensor must be put at a location 1~2m from the wall surface line of the building. However, in this arrangement, the correction factor of wall surface reflected sound is not considered. Studies on the correlation between building exterior noise and building interior noise are non-existent. As suggested by the research results in foreign countries concerning the assessment of building exterior noise, correction for the effect of the wall surface reflected sound has to be made. Most papers suggest that correction for the measuring distance specified by the regulations (1~2m from wall surface line) be around 3.0 dB. In terms of cement-based materials commonly seen in our country, the reflection gain of building exterior noise affected by the wall surface is primarily conservatively estimated to be 2.0 dB. The mean difference between the measured values of this study and the research results of foreign papers is around 0.5~1.0 dB, showing consistency between them. Therefore, the measurements of this study might serve as reference for noise measurement and assessment in our country. In addition, this study also measured the attenuation of building exterior noise transmitted to the interior under conditions of widely opened windows (air vents) and vacant rooms, which is primarily conservatively estimated to be 5.0 dB.
