治療性遊戲團體方案對降低唇顎裂兒童牙床植骨手術住院焦慮效果之初探研究

A Preliminary Study of the Hospital Anxiety Reduction Effect of the Therapeutic Play Group Program on the Cleft Lip and Palate Children Facing the Alveolar Bone Graft

摘要


本研究探討治療性遊戲團體方案,是否能有效降低唇顎裂兒童面臨即將進行之牙床植骨手術帶來的住院焦慮。以98年暑假參加牙床植骨手術的兒童為研究對象,並以本研究針對牙床植骨手術兒童設計之治療性遊戲團體方案介入,採「實驗組與控制組前後測、追縱測」的準實驗設計,研究工具以「兒童住院焦慮情緒量表」進行前測、後測及追蹤測。研究結果發現「治療性遊戲團體方案」:(1)可以顯著提高兒童正向心情;(2)但無法穩定降低兒童負向心情。本研究也運用任務分析法的概念將整個團體過程分成15個場景,及歸納出五個介入策略。最後,本研究並根據研究結果提出相關建議。

The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of anxiety reducing after the therapeutic play group program intervention for the cleft lip and palate children who are going to have the alveolar bone graft. The research subjects are the children received the alveolar bone graft in the summer vacation 2009, which are divided into two groups of experimental and control, taking or not taking the therapeutic play group program as the intervention. The methodology of this study is a quasi-experimental design, including the pre, post, and follow-up tests of the Scale for the Hospital Anxiety in Children. The results of the study showed that the therapeutic play group program could enhance significantly the positive moods of the children but could not reduce steadily the negative moods. Based on the study results, relevant recommendations were submitted.
