多元需求個案之處遇：兼論兒童青少年心理衛生社工專業

兒童青少年階段情緒行為不穩，是精神疾病的好發期，心理衛生問題的發生除了有生理因素，家庭與環境的影響也是重要因素，本文將以國中階段罹患情感性精神病的個案，討論個案疾病與家庭、教育體系的關係，分析各體系現況與問題，社工師如何評估、整合支持體系。兒童心理衛生專業在臺灣已經60年，多年來社工參與精神醫療團隊，提供家庭與生態介入，隨著兒童青少年問題複雜，將有更多社工投入相關領域服務，本文探討臺灣兒童青少年心理衛生社會工作發展，以及提出社工專業發展建議。

There is more youth onset psychiatric disorder in the adolescent. Children and adolescents are face emotional and behavioral turmoil, they are bully, family violence, drop out, and crime. Sometime they are the victims in bully, family violence. This case is the victims in family chaos, school failure, and poor support system. I'll present the social workers' intervention and discuss the structure of the youths' mental health support. I also discuss the developmental of the children and adolescent mental health social work, and suggest the social work need more mental health training and education every area in future.
