臺北市萬芳社區居民遷移動機與其居住滿意度之研究

摘要

萬芳社區擁有臺北市市區中廣大的公園綠地，是臺北市中少見的住宅型社區。本研究以萬芳社區居民為研究對象，透過問卷調查的方式進行量化研究，目的在探討萬芳社區居民選擇遷入之原因以及入住後對整體居住環境之滿意度，並分析居民遷入動機以及滿意度之關聯。本研究結果如下：一、由問卷調查得知，居住環境良好為受訪居民遷入萬芳社區之主要因素。二、在居住滿意度方面，受訪居民對於自然環境、文化教育環境有較高的滿意度；對於醫療及商業環境感到最不滿意。三、不同背景屬性受訪居民在遷移動機以及居住滿意度上有顯著差異。

There are a large number of parks and grasslands in Wanfang Community of Taipei City. It is rare residential community in Taipei City.Theinvestigate objects of this study are the inhabitants of Wanfang Community. The reaeach conducts quantitative research through a questionnaire survey. The purpose of this study is to understand the mobility motives, the satisfaction of residential environment of the inhabitants in Wanfang Community.After that, the study also analyze the relationship between the motivation and satisfaction of the inhabitants. The results of the study are as follows: 1. From the questionnaire, the migration motives of interviewees searches for the better living environment. 2. Concerning the aspect of residential satisfaction, the interviewees are most satisfied with the natural environment and cultural and educational environment. However, they feel laest satisfied with the medical services and commercial environment. 3. There are obviously related between the migratory motives and satisfaction of residential environment in different inhabitants of different background.
