The Effects of Achievement Motivation and Goal Orientation on Self-Efficacy and Learning Performance

摘要


本研究主要目的是:一、了解觀賞錄影帶對學生桌球擊球學習表現的影響。二、了解觀賞錄影帶的學生其成就動機及目標取向對學生桌球擊球自我效能及學習表現的影響。本研究的受試者是中臺科技大學及嶺東科技大學桌球興趣選項共四班的學生120名(男生33名,女生87名),所有的受試者為已接受過桌球基本訓練(平擊發球、反手推擋)的學生。受試者隨機分派到錄影帶組及控制組,每組各60名。本研究自我調整學習的實驗共為八週,所用的研究工具為:運動成就動機量表、運動目標取向量表、桌球擊球自我效能量表、桌球擊球錄影帶。所得資料以獨立樣本t考驗和獨立樣本二因子變異數分析進行統計考驗。本研究所得結果如下:一、錄影帶組的受試者在自我效能及學習表現的得分都高於控制組的受試者。二、錄影帶組的受試者其成就動機及目標取向分別對自我效能及學習表現均無交互作用影響。本研究的結論是由錄影帶的自我監控的確可以提升學生的自我效能,並進而有較好的學習表現。

The purposes of this study were: 1.to understand the effect of observing video tape on students' table tennis stroke learning performance, and 2. to understand the effects of observing video tape students' achievement motivation and goal orientation on self-efficacy and learning performance. There were 120 students (male 33, female 87) drawn from Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology and Lin Tung University as the subjects. All the subjects were administered table tennis basic training (flat serving, backhand push) and were randomly assigned to the experimental group and control group. Each group had 60 subjects. There were eight weeks for all the self-regulation learning experiment. The experiment included the pre-test, mid-test, and post-test of table tennis forehand stroke. The research instruments used in this study were sport achievement motivation inventory, sport goal orientation inventory, table tennis stroke self-efficacy inventory, and table tennis stroke video tape. The collected data were analyzed by t-test (independent), and two-way ANOVA (independent). The findings were as the following: 1.The observing video tape group had higher scores of self-efficacy and learning performance than those of the control group. 2.The observing video tape group subjects' achievement motivation and goal orientation separately had no interaction effect on self-efficacy and learning performance. The conclusions of this study were self-monitoring of video tape really could promote students' self-efficacy and better learning performance.
