環境與設定溫度對變頻冰箱性能的影響

Study on Performance of Inverter-driven Refrigerator/Freezer Affected by Ambient Temperature and Thermostat

摘要


一般家用電冰箱都是依據標準測試條件與程序,進行商品性能及安規試驗,以達到公平準確的性能評比,然而消費者使用產品真正的狀況,冷凍及冷藏室溫度設定是允許調整的,冰箱放置的環境溫度也會隨季節因素或室內空調而改變,這些因素會直接影響到冰箱庫內溫度及其耗電量,特別是冷凍冷藏室溫度調節偏離標準設定條件過多,或者環境溫度與標準測試條件差異過大,對冰箱性能的影響都非常顯著。本文以實驗研究一款市售的變頻冰箱,針對環境條件與設定溫度改變時,不同因素對冰箱各儲存室溫度與耗電特性的影響,探討變頻冰箱在控制策略上的特點,以建立更穩定的溫度控制及節能技術。

In order to insure faithfully the performance and safety of electric appliances sold in the market, the household refrigerators/freezers shall be tested following some specified procedure under the standard condition. Actually the fridges are generally applied under different ambient conditions, as well the freezing or refrigeration compartments can be also regulated by the users. All these situations shall affect the inner temperature and the power consumption of the fridges, especially for the setting values or the ambient temperature depart from the standard conditions obviously. Many refrigerators/freezers are designed to optimization following the specified standard condition, so the setting and ambient conditions in usage will cause some deviation notably from the original design. This paper studies experimentally the performance and power consumption of an inverter-controlled refrigerator/ freezer under different setting values of thermostat and ambient conditions compared to those of the standard test. The results will provide some valuable information to the control methodology of inverter driver for the compartment temperature and energy saving.
