碳纖維針織複合材之方向性對電磁波吸收效能探討

摘要


本研究以碳纖維及經聚丙烯纖維(PP)包繞加工之碳纖維為基礎,利用併紗加工之方式製作導電針織護幕,且利用針織物本身3D立體結構之特性以製作高效能電磁波吸收材。實驗得知:碳纖維針織複合吸收材之擺放位置角度的不同,將影響電磁波的吸收效果。碳纖維針織複合材層數改變其因素也是影響電磁波吸收的主要關鍵,本研究匹配不同針圈規格、不同層數、不同角度以製作高效能之頻寬化電磁波吸收材。

This research is discussing the polypropylene fiber (PP) wrapping up and winding the carbon fiber. We utilized the process of yarn folding to make the eletric conductive knitting film, and used the 3-dimensional characteristic of the knitting structure to make the high capacity and efficiency absorb of electromagnetic wave. From the research, the different angle location of carbon fiber knitting composite will influent the absoption of electromagnetic wave, and the compostie layer counts influence is also affect the absoption of electromagnetic wave. In this study, we match different needle specification, different layer counts, and different angle location of knitting film to make a electromagnetic wave absorb the material with high capacity and efficiency and wide frequency.
