桌球上旋發球之學習方法探討

The Research of the Learning Methods on the Table Tennis Forehand Knuckle Service

摘要


本研究之研究目的在探討不同練習方法對於桌球上旋發球學習的影響,受試者以台南科技大學80名選修桌球課之學生,其全無學習過桌球技能之經驗爲受試者,平均身高165.3±8.37公分,平均體重58.8±9.79公斤,平均年齡20.3±1.37歲,以隨機平均分配方式分配到四組實驗組,四組實驗組分別爲控制組、心智組、身體組和綜合組。實驗期爲四週共12次,每次練習時間60分鐘。在實驗前、後和結束後3天實行前、後測與保留測驗,所得之數據以二因子混合變異數分析來考驗各技能組的學習效果與保留效果。若達顯著性差異,便以單純主要效果與LSD事後比較考驗之。根據數據得到以下三點結論:一、綜合學習(身體+心智)對桌球上旋發球技能學習最好,其次爲身體練習。二、綜合練習與身體練習有益於上旋發球學習之保留。三、心智組練習對上旋發球學習與保留效果都無顯著功效存在。

The main purpose of the study was to explore the effects of the different practice methods on the table tennis forehand knuckle service. The subjects used in this study were 80 students of the Tainan University of Technology; average 165.3±8.37 cm in height, 58.8±9.79 kg in weight, 20.3±1.37 years in age who had never experienced in any training curriculum on table tennis skill. They were assigned randomly into four groups, namely:control practice group, physical practice group, mental practice group, and multiform practice. The experimental practice had lasted for four weeks and three times per week. The main tests of this study included the pre test, post test, and three-day test. They were used for estimating the subject's learning effects. This study took dual-factor mix design and comparisons were made for any simple main effect or LSD interaction having reached its significant level. This study set the significant level for all assumed tests at .05. According to the data, there are four conclusions as following: 1. the multiform practice has the best effect on forehand knuckle service, and the physical practice has the good effect on it. 2. the multiform practice and physical practice benefits to the retention for forehand knuckle service. 3. the mental practice has no significant effect in post test and retention on forehand knuckle service.
