Investigation and Analysis of the Landslide Disaster at the Crossing of the Mountaineering Trail in Taiwan Indigenous Culture Park

摘要

在進行屏東縣易致災區調查評估時發現位於瑪家鄉的臺灣原住民族文化園區登山步道口有一處還在發展中的崩塌地，管理單位歷經數次的整治仍無法使其穩定，甚至崩塌範圍持續擴大，土石不斷下移阻礙交通及遊客安全，因此乃就其發生的原因進行調查探討，並研擬可能處理的對策分析建議。所提出的整治方案獲得管理單位的採納並逐年實施，最後崩塌地經整治後已穩定。本文則就當時提出的調查分析方法與建議對策進行說明，並期能提供此次經驗作為爾後類似災害搶救與復建時的參考。

During the survey and evaluation of disaster prone areas in Pingtung County, it was found that there was a still developing landslide at the entrance of the Taiwan Indigenous Culture Park in Majia Township. The management unit failed to stabilize it after several remediation works, and even landslide. The scope continues to expand, and the continuous downward movement of sediment hinders traffic and visitor safety. Therefore, investigation and discussion of the causes of its occurrence are carried out, and possible countermeasures and analysis suggestions are drawn up. The proposed remediation plan was adopted by the management unit and implemented year by year, and the final landslide has been stabilized after remediation. This study explains the investigation and analysis methods and suggested countermeasures put forward at that time, and hopes to provide this experience as a reference for rescuing and rebuilding similar disasters in the future.
