摘要

處於激烈競爭的現代社會，工作的壓力已經成為流行，衍生的疾病日漸增多，身心俱疲不得安閒。在苦忙的日子裡，休閒已成為奢望；有錢真好，有閒更好，為生活忙碌的人們，只能當作擺飾看看就好。休閒與工作不是對立的敵人，而是相輔相成的夥伴。本文先說明生命、生存及生活的關係，並討論現代人的塵勞，然後提出十二項優閒藝術的技巧及十八般閒藝，提供在忙碌中心不得安定的人作為參考。有些道理很簡單，做起來卻不容易，端賴能夠從心改變，心靈有寬裕，才能獲得真正的自由。

In a modern society, fierce competition and work stress become a fashion with more and more diseases derived from daily pressures. People cannot get their tired body and mind a rested place after a bitter busy day; Leisure time proves to be beyond imagination for general public. Though money is good for most people. Freedom is thought to be even better; Nevertheless, in the reality of work life, busy folks can only observe it from afar. Leisure and work are not confrontational but complementary to each other. This paper investigated the relationship among life, existences and livelihood；And also discussing dusty work life in modern times. Twelve techniques of leisure art and eighteen recreational activities were mentioned to provide consultation for people who have restless heart in their busy schedules. Some principles seem to be simple; But they are not easy when come to practice in reality. It depends on the change of heart; Real freedom can be achieved only when a person has ample space in mind.
