從“綠竹巷”到“笑傲江湖”－令狐沖與任盈盈對權力的超越

摘要

金庸武俠小說『笑傲江湖』是作者讓小說中的男女主角，從『江湖』中的「正」、「邪」對立，以及「武林」人物夢寐以求的「盟主」，做了另一種選擇。令狐冲與任盈盈原本都生活在武林世家，一個是華山派的大弟子，一心想娶掌門人的女兒，曾是恆山派的掌門人，擁有『易筋經』『獨孤九劍』的絕世武功，有統一武林的機會。另一個是日月教教主的掌上明珠，在武林中能呼風喚雨，後來接掌了教主之位。這兩個人可以說是出生在權力的環境中，他們也享受過權力的滋味，最後卻能超越權力，雙雙歸隱山林，選擇自己自由自適的空間。
任盈盈與令狐沖原本是歸屬於敵對「陣營」，他們由對立而結合，這中間的成長歷程構成小說故事發展的主軸。金庸透過這個故事的架構與內容，陳述了自己對現實權力的態度。他最後讓一心抱著復仇的林平之不得善終，而擁有權力的岳不群與任我行不能如願。讓令狐冲與任盈盈通過不斷的歷練與反省，使他們做了『笑傲江湖』的選擇。『他們的抉擇是退出鬥爭漩渦，獨善其身』(1681)1。作者將男女主角以『隱士』作最後的歸宿(1683)。

In the woxia (martial arts and chivalry) fictions, The Smiling Proud Wanderer, written by Jin Yong, the main characters make a selection other than the serious conflict between justice and evil in society and the leadership that every martial artist yearning for.
Linghu Chong and Ren Yingying both were born in families practicing martial arts. Linghu Chong was the first disciple in Huashan sect and thinking about marrying the leader's daughter all the time; he later became the leader of Hengshan sect and mastered in martial arts, Muscle-bone Variation Manual and Lonely Nine Swords; He had a chance to unify and govern the wulin (world of martial arts). Ren Yingying was a beloved daughter of Riyue sect's leader, she was very powerful in wulin and later became the leader of Riyue sect. Both of them were born in power and had enjoyed having power, but they finally exceeded power and chose to live in forest as hermits; they chose to live with ease.
At the beginning, Ren Yingying and Linghu Chong belonged to two sects that were hostile to each other. The process of two adversaries becoming two companions composed the main line of the story. Jin Yong showed his viewpoint toward power in realistic world by the structure and plot of the story. He made Lin Pingzhi, who only cared about revenge, had a miserable live; he also made Yue Buqun and Ren Woxing, who abused their power, could not fulfill their wishes. He let Linghu Chong and Ren Yingying made choice of being the ”smiling proud wanderers” after experiencing and making self-examination continuously. ”They chose to be away from the whirlpool of battle and conduct themselves virtuously,” and the two main characters finally became hermits.
