灰色平衡在彩色打樣機與UV印刷機色彩複製應用之研究

The Application of Gray Balancing on the Device Characterization of Both UV Offset Printing and Inkjet Printer Systems

摘要


近年來,由於打樣方式已從傳統打樣轉變成數位打樣,數位打樣時所用的噴墨印表機已成為主流。而由於印刷品質的提升,大量印刷品已從傳統墨的印刷轉移至UV墨印刷,因此本研究主要針對彩色噴墨打樣之印刷品與以UV油墨印刷之印刷品的色彩複製問題進行研究。在本研究噴墨打樣與以UV印刷實驗的前導模式與反推模式的過程之中均分別加入END模組(或可稱為灰色平衡模組)及GCR模組;在反推模式方面,加入二種GCR模組,藉此深入了解有、無加入END模組及GCR模組之色彩變異。在實驗的過程之中,前導模式部分是針對有、無加入END模組的色彩值差異之比較;反推模式部分則包含了在兩種GCR模組情況,有、無加入END模組的色彩值之比較。

In recent years, the way of proofing has gradually been changed from traditional types into digital types, and the inkjet printers used in digital proofing have already become the mainstream. Because of the improvement of printing quality, in printing processes of many printed matters, UV-curing inks replace traditional inks. For that reason, this study is mainly aimed at colour reproduction digital inkjet proofing and UV-curing ink printing. END module (i.e. grey balance module) is placed in the forward model and the reverse model in the experiment processes, and GCR module is placed in the reverse model. From these processes, the color variation will be understood. In the experiment processes, the forward model is aimed at comparing the colour value of END model with the colour value of no END model; the reverse model is aimed at comparing the colour value of END model with the colour value of no END model when two types of GCR modules are joined in computerizing.
