高值化廣色域黃豆油墨開發之研究

A Study of Development for High Quality Wide Color Gamut Soy Ink

摘要


在一片環保、節能、減碳的聲浪中,環保性產品己漸漸受到重視,而各行各業也針對此部份進行研究開發,在近幾年來,由於數位影像設備普及率增高,以數位相機來說,預估2009年全球數位相機出貨量將可達8千2百萬台的水準,因此RGB的格式將成為未來重要溝通模式之一,且由於RGB所包含的色域範圍較印刷所用之CMYK範圍大,因此,色域範圍不足部份,油墨業莫不以發展六色、七色印刷來含括所需之色域,但如要印製六或七色之印刷品,其印刷機便需六、七色之印刷機因應,因此易造成印製成本及廢料增加。由於黃豆油墨經多方面的改良,己讓印刷業者感到滿意及提出諸多的正面反應。本研究針對己開發出來的廣色域黃豆油墨之印刷適性、油墨用量、環保及印刷品質,進行分析。其結果顯示廣豆域黃豆油墨所具有的優點。

Under the concern on environmental protection, energy efficiency and carbon reduction, the eco products have already been paid attention gradually so that many industries are developing these products. In recent years, digital image apparatus are popular. For example, it is estimated that digital camera will globally be produced 82 million sets in 2009, so, in the future, RGB image format will become one important way on image communication. Because the color gamut of RGB is bigger than that of YMCK, in order to deal with the problem of color gamut, the printing ink industries develop six or seven-color printing inks to expand color gamut of printing images, but it is likely to increase production cost and wastes. As soy inks are the improved in many aspects, users satisfy them and response positive messages. The wide color gamut inks described in the paper has been developed. In the study, focusing the analyses of the wide color gamut inks including printability, the amount of Ink for Printing, environmental protection and printing quality, the advantages of using the wide color gamut soy inks are revealed.
