無水平版印製立體印刷網花最小化之研究

A Study of Waterless Printing on Lenticular Printing to Moire Minimum

摘要


本文提出以無水平版印製光柵板立體印刷時會產生網花現象,先以疊紋原理的幾何方法與物理光學分析產生網花的原因,並用立體印刷常用的網線數與四色網點角度排列設計多款不同的參數,並以實際實驗方法去尋找產生網花的原因,經實驗結果發現部份網花是來自於無水平版印刷機的網紋輥,但只要選用正確RIP參數,便可以達到使網花達到最小化,同時使光柵板立體印刷品質達到最佳化。

This paper proposed that Waterless printing for lenticular printing when will have moire phenomenon, Use to moiré principle of geometry method and the physical optics analysis moire reason, and with the lenticular printing commonly screen frequency and dot angle arrangement , Use many different parameters, and experimental technique find the moiré reason, experimental result discovered that the partial moire will be comes from the waterless of ink roller, select the correct RIP parameter can enables the moire to achieve the minimum, will enable the lenticular printing quality to achieve the optimization.
