『冷燙金』對印後加工業影響之初探

The Impact Study of Cold-Hot Stamping on the Stamping Industry

摘要


在台灣印刷品加工業中的燙金部份,熱燙金一直以來都是居於主導地位,然而近年來,冷燙金技術也以其精緻的效果逐步發展起來,尤其是在IPEX2010上,帶有跳步功能的平版連線冷燙金模組正式推出,更是點燃了對冷燙金相關技術的熱潮。那麼,隨著冷燙金技術的不斷成熟,今後冷燙印技術能否有更大的發展,進而對印刷品加工業中的燙金部份造成影響呢?本研究是針對冷燙金技術對印刷品加工業中的燙金部份會不會造成影響為主軸。並將資料加以分析整理,以利後續推論出未未印後加工業中燙金的情勢演變和發展趨勢及其應用層面的展望。本研究方法為訪談法,燙金廠負責人為對象,採用深度訪談的方式進行。訪談結果將進行SWOT分析,並整理得知究竟冷燙金技術對整個燙金業會不會造成影響。經過分析我們可以看出,冷燙金和熱燙金技術各有優勢和不足。所以這就決定了冷燙金和熱燙金會在各自的市場上得到發展。這裡建議了另一個思考方向,冷燙金技術除了要在製程上更加成熟、技術上更加穩定外,還要看設計人員的創意和引導。因為設計人員在設計包裝時若以冷燙金的優勢為基礎,所達到的效果是用熱燙金技術無法模擬出來的。這樣一來可以提高企業自身的競爭實力以及為客戶的產品創造消費需求的潛力。

Print processing industry in Taiwan, part of the stamping, hot stamping has always been dominant, but in recent years, cold-hot stamping technology for its fine effect gradually developed, especially in the IPEX2010 on, hop-step with function of cold-hot stamping lithographic connection module launched, it is lit on cold-hot stamping related technology boom. So, with the cold-hot stamping technology continues to mature, the next cold-hot stamping technology can have a greater development, and then the print processing industry stamping part of the impact it? This study focuses on cold-hot stamping technology to print the stamping part of the processing industry will not affect the spindle. And to analyze the entire data management, to facilitate future follow-up inference of stamping out the situation and development trend of the evolution and application-level prospect. The method is interview, stamping plant is responsible for man-made objects, using depth interviews conducted. Interviews will be conducted SWOT analysis, and management know how the whole cold-hot stamp in stamping technology industry on the whole will be affected. Through analysis we can see, cold-hot stamp in and hot stamping technologies have advantages and disadvantages. So which determines the cold-hot stamp in and hot stamping in their respective markets to develop. This suggests another direction of thinking, cold-hot stampin technology in the manufacturing process in addition to more mature, more stable technology, but depends on the designer's creativity and guidance. Because the packaging design in the design if the advantages of cold-hot stampin based on the effect achieved is to use hot stamping technology can not simulate out. In this way can improve the competitiveness of their own as well as the customer's products to create consumer demand potential.
