典藏器物用金墨平版印刷適性之研究

A Study of Treasure up Implements with the Metal Ink Printability

摘要


本研究主要為金墨打樣與典藏器物所能表現出的印刷色彩與光澤度等品質上的差異最小化,在實驗統計中找到最適之印刷品質,讓傳統打樣印刷品能達到最佳金色效果。而且能展現和接近博物院(館)典藏器物上之原有的金屬光澤。 本研究首先將油墨的黏度調整在72180Cp、65500Cp、59960Cp、50080Cp,以模擬控制平版印刷進行。以200N、250N、300N、350N、400N、450N、500N,進行印刷壓力的調整與測試。利用印刷適性測試儀將油墨印刷完成所需樣張。然後進行金墨平版印刷適性之項目:光澤度、色差、硬度、耐摩擦。研究後發現: (一)光澤度:以85°這個角度量測出平均值,印刷壓力400N時,其平均光澤度為35.68Gs,為展色壓力中光澤度最高。油墨黏度65500Cp時,光澤度總和245.7Gs,其平均光澤度為35.1Gs,為黏度中光澤度最高。印刷壓力400N時,油墨黏65500Cp時,光澤度為35.83Gs,是光澤度最高。 (二)色差:分析完各印刷壓力之色差以400N時,其平均色差△E為0.565。在400N時呈現色差範圍最小。油墨黏度50080Cp時,色差△E總和為4.76,其平均色差△E為0.68,為黏度中色差的差異範圍最小。印刷壓力400N時,油墨黏度50080Cp時,色差△E為0.55,此時色差最小。 (三)硬度:分析印刷壓力500N時,硬度總和為16,其平均硬度為4,為印刷壓力中硬度值最高。此分析出印刷壓力與硬度成線性變化。油墨黏度72180Cp時,硬度總和為22,其平均硬度為3.142857,為黏度中硬度最高。印刷壓力500N時,油墨黏度72180Cp時,硬度為H,是硬度最高。 (四)耐摩擦:分析印刷完各印刷壓力之摩擦力。印刷壓力250N~300N時,耐摩擦力最高為13.16次。油墨黏度72180Cp時,呈現摩擦力最高值。印刷壓力250N~300N時,油墨黏度72180Cp時,耐摩力為14.66次,此時耐摩擦力最高。以上結果提供學術界及產業界做參考。

Then carries on project of the golden ink flat pack printability: Glossiness, the chromatic aberration, degree of hardness, bear the friction. After the research, discovered: (1) glossiness: Gauges the mean value when by 85° this angle, printing pressure 400N, its average glossiness is 35.68 Gs, glossiness is highest for the exhibition color pressure. When printing ink viscosity 65500Cp, glossiness sum total 245.7Gs, its average glossiness is 35.1Gs, is in the viscosity glossiness is highest. When printing pressure 400N, when the printing ink mounts 65500 Cp, glossiness is 35.83 Gs, is glossiness is highest.
