摘要

由於目前全自動圖像檢測系統對於檢測結果尚未發展至「爐火純青」的地步，也就是說其檢測結果與人工檢測之標準尚有一段差距，因人工可彈性放寬可以接受或剔除的印刷瑕疵，但機器系統的標準一但建立就依此標準來做檢測，所以本文研究目的在設定一個可以接受的、合理的公差範圍，包括設定可接受的、瑕疵大小的範圍公差；可接受的、瑕疵容忍度公差。為了可以將有價證券的瑕疵快速且精準的檢測出來，故須深入瞭解機器視覺控制技術原理，以使自己的專長領域更加專精，及分享工作經驗，俾對所擔任的工作有所助益。本研究以美國G&D公司生產之全自動圖像檢測系統Image Guard做主體，有價證券為檢測材料，以機器視覺處理技術做研究分析，以測試系統的穩定度及修改軟體程式、減少或增加標準樣張數量、修改數位攝影機擷取彩色影像RGB的穩定度參數設定、建立不同檢測區域及敏感度設定等做為研究方法。

A., this do the subject, the marketable securities are in order to measure materials, make and research and analyse with the visual treatment technology of the machine, in order to test degree of stability and modification software procedure of the system, reduce or increase the quantity of the standard specimen page, revise, pick up the intersection of color video and the intersection of degree of stability and parameter of RGB, set up, set up different to find area and sensitivity to set up etc. as the research approach by several cinecamera.
