大豆油聚酯寡聚物在印刷紙品UV上光之研究

摘要


綠色環保印刷正日益成為印刷行業的主要未來發展方向。但是印刷紙品UV上光卻是一直停留在以傳統石油樹脂產品為主體原料,未能趕上印刷產業的綠色環保需求。本研究以彩色印刷紙品類為應用研究對象,在文中以技術領域新發展為主,運用天然的初始原料大豆油為基礎。大豆油經由氧化製程而製得環氧大豆油。再以環氧大豆油經由丙稀酸予以開環化學反應,製得環氧大豆油壓克力,同時更運用聚酯技術予以改質,再經由調配技術,研製成印刷紙品UV上光油,探討其與一般石油基合成之UV上光油的光固化速度,漆膜之物性及耐化性等。由本文之探討得到混成改質之寡聚物在物性上有其優異性與可行性。此方面之技術相當值得予以研究發展。

Green printing is increasingly becoming the main direction of future development in the printing filed. Nevertheless, the printed paper UV varnish is staying in the traditional products which the main raw materials are petroleum resin, failed to catch up with the green environment protection needs in the printing industry. In this study, color-printed papers are applied as research object. The application of natural raw material soybean oil is as a base and the theme is the new development in technical areas in the text. Epoxy soybean oil is made from Soybean oil through the oxidation process. Then, by a chemical reaction acrylic open-loop system with acrylic acid, from the epoxy soybean oil the epoxy soybean oil acrylic is obtained. At the same time, modify the epoxy soybean oil acrylic with polyester technology and then across formulation technology, UV varnish for printed papers is developed. Explore the difference of curing speed, the film of the physical properties and chemical resistance and so on between it and generally petroleum based synthetic UV Varnish. The excellence and feasibility on the physical properties of mixed and modified oligomer is obtained from the exploration in this article. The technology in this aspect is rather deserved the research and development.
