SoLoMo模式應用於公共圖書館行動服務之研究-以臺北市立圖書館為例

A SoLoMo Study of the Mobile Service in the Public Library-A Case Study of Taipei Public Library

摘要


隨著行動網路時代的來臨與行動裝置的普及化,逐漸發展出社交(Social)、適地性(Local)與移動性(Mobile)三位一體的立體化行銷模式(簡稱SoLoMo)。本研究欲將SoLoMo模式應用於公共圖書館行動服務中,探究其可行之項目並創新圖書館的使用方式。透過文獻蒐集現有公共圖書館的行動服務與SoLoMo模式App應用程式之功能歸納分析其服務項目之種類,再經由專家訪談與使用者訪談找出關鍵問題並擬定「圖書館SoLoMo模式發展功能表」,並以臺北市立圖書館為研究對象,提出六項主要功能進行App程式之設計提案。針對提案之App設計樣本進行介面設計之使用性調查,先以觀察法記錄受測者之介面操作流程。本研究歸納擬定「圖書館SoLoMo模式發展功能表」,提供公共圖書館設計行動服務項目之依據,並藉此完成SoLoMo模式之新款App程式設計,確立即時性功能中「搜尋書名」、「線上辦證」以及適地性功能中「最近分館」等功能最為重要,顯示出SoLoMo模式之特性與效果。就社交性功能因採用Facebook外部連接社群方式進行,較無法確認其社群擴張效益,未來可就外部社群整合方式與使用效果另作探討。在實驗過程中另發現需制定增強使用意願與時間之機制,建議可研究導入遊戲模式用以強化介面活潑性之作法。

As the coming of the Internet generation and the popularity of mobile devices, it’s gradually developing a social media (Social), location (Local) and mobility (Mobile) three dimensional marketing model of the Trinity (the SoLoMo). Study SoLoMo mode should be used in public library service, exploring its possibilities for projects and innovation of the library usage. Through a litera search of the mobile service of the existing public library and the Apps of SoLoMo mode of the function analysis of type of service. Also, through the interviews to expert and users to identify the key issues and develop "SoLoMo mode list of the library". Take Taipei Public Library, as an object of study and propose six main features to develop the design proposal of the App. As a result of the experiment, the search title, online registration and nearest location of branch library are the most important funtions of SoLoMo mode for public library service. The degree of satisfaction of the six main funtions is higher than 4 which is the average, revealing that the proposal is overally satisfied. But the interface font size is too small for 45-54 people user to read. The plenty of interface satisfy 15-24 and 25-44 users. Regarding to the time should spend on operating the tasks, the percentage is 5.9%-7.9% higher for 45-54 middle aged people than youth and adults. The number of mistakes is 14.3%-31.4% higher for 45-54 middle aged people than youth and adults. The overall usability is 73.3 points, and it shows that the overall usability is good and acceptable by users if over 70 points. It’s unable to confirm the benefits of expanding social media because of only using the external connecting communities of facebook. Otherwise, it can be discussed further by other social media and the effects of using in the future. It’s necessary to established standards of the willing for using and it’s also suggested to import game mode to enhance the approach of the plenty of interface.
