雲端健康管理結合穿戴式裝置之使用者行為研究

The Research of User's Behavior on Wearable Device Combined with Cloud Health Management

摘要


科技發展日新月異,以Google的智慧眼鏡為領頭羊,蘋果的iWatch也在日前熱鬧上市,穿戴式裝置風潮日起,世界大廠紛紛投入其研究與開發,此類隨身監控裝置與雲端服務結合後,在大數據的架構下發揮了非常大的效能,尤以健康管理方面為最。本研究以內容分析法歸納整理市場上穿戴式裝置的功能,並加入所搭配的雲端健康管理服務,進一步想調查裝置使用者的需求與滿意,探討使用者對於穿戴式裝置需求、滿意度與雲端健康管理服務評價間的關係;研究並將身體意象與穿戴式裝置視為解釋及說明自我健康評價的重要預測變項。藉此研究希望能夠更瞭解穿戴式裝置使用者的行為模式,及其在大數據基礎下的需求,最後提出穿戴式裝置如何在雲端健康管理領域提高產品附加價值的建議。

With the rapid development of technology, like Google Glass and i-Watch which announced before, wearable device is a new trend. Every manufacturer has make effort on this research and development. Such portable monitoring device combine with cloud service perform very well in big data structure, especially in health management. This study uses content analysis to summarize the function of wearable device and e-health management. It wants to get the needs and satisfaction of wearable device users, investigates the relationship of user demand and satisfaction, and evaluate of e-health management service. In other way, this study set body image and wearable device as an interpretive and description of self-health evaluation of an important predictor variables. It hopes to get better understanding of wearable device user's behavior and the demand based on big data. Finally it wants to propose the suggestion of how wearable device could improve the value-added products in the field of health management.
