網版印刷之網布特性與印刷適應性之研究

摘要

網印是一種能在承印材料上極為廣泛所進行印刷的印刷方式，綜觀生活周遭，各種產品幾乎都有網版印刷的影子，諸如手機殼、面板、鍵盤等，主要原因為該印刷技術有其他技術不能取代之特點。網版不同於其他印刷版式，主要在於網布有多重選擇之特性，不同的網布影響了油墨的透墨量以及耐用度，可以說是網版印刷之關鍵。近年來為配合高科技產業之需求而提高網印品質，因此對於網版製程的要求越來越精密，以往的色塊式印刷圖案已無法滿足各行各業的需求，而從事網印的業者會希望對網布有一個比較全面性的了解，進而有益於選擇正確的網布，再次提高印刷效率，避免錯誤選用造成時間與成本上的浪費。而提升網印品質應從技術及使用材料上著手，若是材料選擇不當，則會造成品質粗劣，因此網布的品質是材料選擇的關鍵。因爲網布對印刷次數、印墨厚度、色彩的真實性及油墨的乾燥性等，皆會產生相當大的影響，所以為提升網印品質首先必須從基本的網布選擇與控制開始著手，本研究藉由與相關業界訪談、資料蒐集與分析讓相關業者在網布選擇上更為精確。

Screen Printing is an extremely capable on a wide range of printing materials printed printing carried out, an overview of life around, all kinds of products are almost every screen printing shadow, such as mobile phone shells, panels, keyboards, etc. are the main reasons for the printing technology. Technology can not replace the other characteristics. Unlike other screen print layout, mainly because there are multiple choice of mesh characteristics, different mesh affect the amount of ink through the ink and durability can be said the key to the screen printing. In recent years, with the demand for the high-tech industry and to improve the quality of screen printing, the halftone process have become increasingly sophisticated, the conventional color printing pattern has been unable to meet the needs of industries, and in the screen printing industry will hope to have a more comprehensive mesh of understanding, and then select the correct mesh beneficial, improve printing efficiency once again, chosen to avoid errors caused by waste time and money on. And enhance the quality of the screen printing technique and materials used should proceed, if the material inappropriate choice will result in poor quality, so the quality is the key to mesh material selection. Because the number of mesh for printing, ink thickness, color accuracy and ink drying, etc. all will have a considerable impact, as to enhance the quality of screen printing must first be started from the basic mesh choice and control, this research by industry and related interviews, data collection and analysis related businesses make more accurate in mesh selection.
