3D疊紋微透鏡用紫外光樹脂研製與應用

Development and Application of UV Resin for 3D Moiré Microlens

摘要


本研究開發微透鏡用具可撓性之紫外光樹脂,以網版印刷進行加工製作微米級微透鏡,將紫外光樹脂印刷於塑膠基材上,再經由紫外光曝光設備進行固化,得到透明微透鏡,其中微透鏡形狀尺寸大小將透過網點設計得到,此微透鏡將應用在3D疊紋技術上,微透鏡規格的改變將影響3D成像之成品外觀成像之圖像深淺度及精緻度,本研究以共軛焦顯微鏡拍攝並量測微透鏡規格,並利用疊紋方法檢測所印製不同規格的微透鏡在不同厚度材料上成像清晰度分析。
