塗布與印刷上光印刷品質特性差異之研究

A Study on the Difference of Coating Quality Attributes between by Coated and Offset Printed Type

摘要


在全球印刷環保浪潮中,無污染、無毒、無公害為上光技術為印後加工的主要訴求。而上光可提高印墨的耐光性、耐熱性和防潮能力,進而達到保護印紋的目的,相對亦提高印刷產品的附加價值。水性上光的技術與材料發展與應用,其比例逐漸上升;因此水性上光技術的了解與使用,對於印刷產業是相當的重要。本研究藉由二種不同紙張( 銅版180P 與紙板300P),二種不同上光方式( 塗布與印刷),來進行印刷後加工之上光實驗,以分析比較其印刷品質特性差異。經由本研究結果歸納出以下結論,印刷樣本經由塗布上光或印刷上光後:其上光基本濃度會上升些許,不同紙張在網點階調的中間調至亮部較有變化,而以印刷方式上光各色版相對塗布上光方式其變化相對較小,階調擴增變化印刷上光前後的階調擴增變化普遍較水性塗布上光小; K、C、M、Y 四色版的印刷對比均明顯會降低,而印刷上光的印刷對比仍比水性塗布上光高,且相對印刷對比的影響較小;不同紙張以塗布與印刷方式上光後之色差值均在1.3 以下,對產品顏色影響甚少,其色域之差異亦不顯著,但其光澤度均會大幅提高。

In the global printing trends of environmental protection, non-polluting, non-toxic, pollution-free technology for the postpress are the main demands. And coating can improve the ink's light resistance, heat resistance and moisture resistance, and thus to protect the purpose of printing, the value-added of printing products also increase. Water-based coating technology and material development and application, the proportion gradually increased; so water-based technology to understand and use, for the printing industry is quite important. In this study, two different kind of papers (180 g/m2 coated paper and 300 g/m2 cardboard), two different kind of coating methods (by coated and offset printed types), to print the processing to analyze and compare the print quality attributes. We found the results as below: after the printing sample is applied by coating or offset printing, the basic density of the coating will increase slightly. The different kind of papers are changed from highlight to middle tone, The tone value increase of offset printing is better than coating methods; K, C, M, Y fourcolor printing, the print contrast is significantly reduced, while the offset printing is still higher than the coating methods; After the different kind of papers coating and offset printing methods, the color difference are below1.3, the color of printing products has little change, the color gamut of the color difference is not significant, but its gloss has greatly improved.
