數位轉印射出成型版調複製整合曲線之研究

A Study on Tone Reproduction Integration Curves of Injection Molding Using Digital Transfer Printing

摘要


模內外轉印裝飾技術能在不規則物體表面印刷出極佳的質感與效果,產品外殼在經過立體轉印彩裝後具備防水、不褪色,達到保護、美化、宣傳的功能,產品整體質感提高,能創造更多經濟價值。數位印刷已經成為印刷發展的主要趨勢,且可應用在彩色印刷;尤其目前的市場趨勢愈趨傾向開發個性化市場,因此本研究以數位印刷方式,應用其輸出列印不需製版、節省製程成本、時效縮短、同時圖文影像精細且又能創造個性化塗裝效果等特點,作為主要的印刷模式,再直接射出成型轉印至產品表面上。本研究採真實驗證研究法,經由色彩印刷品質特性分析,並加以整合成版調複製曲線。經研究分析可得如下結論:當覆蓋率與解析度愈高時,其滿版濃度愈高,階調擴增值越大;在射出轉印至最終產品材料後,其滿版濃度值均較轉印前為高;油墨經高溫與高壓轉印狀態下,會使油墨顯色出現變化,轉印後印刷對比普遍表現下降;經由本研究可繪圖得到原稿至轉印膜再轉印至成品間所呈現的色彩網點對應關係,此亦可作為設備在輸出時的校正曲線;以建立模內外轉印裝飾個性化塗裝服務流程、提升國內數位轉印技術應用範圍,並提高其產品附加價值;更提供研究成果回饋產、官、學、研界,為產業帶來新契機。

Injection Molding transfer printing (IMR, OMR, IML) is a revolutionary printing process by which objects are 3-dimensionally decorated. The products decorated by injection molding are protected from water and fading. What's more, these kinds of decorations strongly increase the beauty, desirability and value of the objects. Therefore, this research is to investigate the potential use of combining injection molding with UV inkjet printing and electrophotography in 3D decoration. The independent variables are types of inkjet (coverage, pass, resolution) and electrophotography, then transfer printed to the substrates. This study uses True Experimental Method. The study results found that when the coverage and the resolution of inkjet printing become higher, the SIDs and TVI will become higher as well. When transferred to ABS, SIDs in each combination will increase. Each combination of inkjet conditions, with the isolation of white ink, color differences are less variant. Because of ink by high temperature and high-pressure transfer, will make ink color changes, after the transfer printing performance generally decreased. Through this study can be drawn the original to transfer film and then transfer to the finished product presented color correspondence. The relationship of tone reproduction curve from original to ABS can be found and created. This can also be used as a calibration curve at the output devices. The study will be beneficial to industry managers, government officers, and academics of the related field.
