環保水性網版印墨印刷適性之探討

摘要

近年來環保議題在國際間發酵，印刷業界紛紛使用水性印墨運用於輪轉凹版印刷（Rotogravure）及彈性凸版印刷（Flexography），但網版印刷仍使用溶劑型油墨。該如何將水性印墨運用於網版印刷，且有效減緩揮發性有機化合物的排放，將成為產業友善環境的艱鉅挑戰。本文主要針對水性網版印墨印刷適性一一探討。

In recent years, environmental issues have been fermented all over the world. Water-based ink has been used for rotogravure and flexography one after another in the printing business while solvent-based ink still for screen printing. How to use water-based ink for screen printing and efficiently retard the exhaust of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) becomes a real challenge for preserving the environment in the industry. This article mainly discusses the adaptability of water-based screen printing ink.
