異質網點配置法與色彩管理之研究

Research on Heterogeneous Dots Configuration and Color Management

摘要


本研究採用了兩種不同網點結構組合並達成色彩平衡的方法。印刷品的色彩主要是由網點和油墨所構成的。本文以不同於一般商業印刷網點解譯器(RIP: Raster Image Processor)可產生網點結構的方法對色彩一致性及印刷時操作的便利性探討色彩與網點組合之間的關係。一般連續調影像經由網點解譯器後,每一色版的網點是一致的,如傳統的圓形、方形、鏈形等調幅網點及誤差擴散等調頻網點。本研究將以二種方法構成異質網點結構,並找出色彩管理之方法。第一種方法為影像分區佈置不同條件的網點,每一色版有不同的網點組合,並非從單一RIP運算出來的一種網點,並以虛擬灰色平衡方法達到色彩一致性。但對於同一階調採用二種網點時,由於不同程度的網點擴大,仍易造成色調不同。第二種方法為異質網點組合為同一階調的網點結構,先由二值化濾鏡分割空間中不同區域,再將各區域與連續調影像結合再進行過網以達到每一階調均由不同的網點所構成,不但與一般商業輸出的網點不一樣,也更輕易能達到色彩一致性。

This study uses two different methods of dot structure to achieve color balance. The first method is to arrange the dots with different areas in the image. Each color separation has a different combination of dots. And achieve color consistency with the virtual gray balance method. However, when two kinds of halftone dots are used for the same gray level in different area, it is easy to cause color difference due to the different degrees of dot gain. The second method is to combine the heterogeneous dots into a dot structure of the same gray level. First create a different area in the image by the binarization filter. Each area is combined with the continuous tone image and then screened to achieve that each tone is composed of different dots. Not only is it different from the dot structure of general commercial output, but it is also easier to achieve color consistency.
