UV互斥上光是近年發展出的UV上光技術,被廣泛應用在包裝印刷製程,提升產品附加價值;本研究為控制三種不同用以固化UV互斥底墨的UV固化能量,分析其UV互斥底墨固化程度不同是否會改變其表面張力進而使最終的UV互斥上光物理印刷品質特性出現差異;經研究統計結果得到以下結論:(一)UV固化能量強弱會造成單位面積內的顆粒平均數量與平均粒徑大小出現差異,固化能量弱,顆粒數量減少、粒徑變大;固化能量強,顆粒數量增加、粒徑變小。(二)UV固化能量強弱會造成UV互斥上光的光澤度出現差異,固化能量弱,光澤度較高;固化能量強,光澤度較低。(三)UV固化能量強弱不影響UV互斥光油耐磨擦度及UV互斥光油厚度,但耐磨擦度能確實通過印刷業界荷重4磅重量下磨擦400次的標準,並達到1200次印刷品才出現磨擦痕跡。
Drip off UV coating is the latest innovative coating technology, which is widely used in the packaging printing process, in order to enhance the added value of products. This study shows that control three different UV curing energy used to cure drip off UV ink base, analyze whether the different curing degree of the drip off UV ink base will change its surface tension and make the final physical printing quality attributes of drip off UV coating. The results are found as follows: (1) The strength of UV curing energy will affect the average numbers of particles as well as the sizes within the unit area. The lower of curing energy, the number of particles will decrease, the larger of the particle size. On the other hand the stronger of curing energy, the increasing of the particle numbers, the smaller of the particle sizes. (2) The strength of UV curing energy will affect the glossiness of drip off UV coating. The lower of curing energy, the higher of the coating gloss; the stronger of curing energy the lower of the coating glossiness. (3) The strength of UV curing energy does not affect rub resistance and thickness of drip off UV coating, however rub resistance of the printing sheet does pass the printing industry's 400 rubs standard of 4 pounds, which can reach up to 1200 rubs be able to see the scratches.
