探討產品包裝機能對於視覺障礙人士之便利性及改善意見－以超商販售商品為例

摘要

在日常生活中，我們都很依賴使用視覺作為接受外在訊息媒介，不管是先天失明或是後天歷經重大事變像是疾病、意外、腦傷進而失去或損傷原本的視力，都需要透過更多的訓練來提升其他感官的感受、辨識及運用能力，由於大眾早就對於能夠眼手並用習以為常，更是無法想像視覺障礙人士的生活模式，也不能夠真正模仿出視覺障礙人士的真正需求，因此希望藉由列出以下研究問題來完成本次研究：（一）商品之包裝機能於視覺障礙人士而言是否具有便利性？（二）商品之包裝機能於視覺障礙人士而言若有不便則有何改善方式？而該如何使視覺障礙人士更快的適應、熟悉與恢復該有的的生活模式與習慣，進而更快的融入大環境之中不再產生距離，並讓其對生活產生新希望和新期待，因此希望藉由本研究來探討解決辦法。

In our daily life, we all rely on the use of vision as a medium for receiving external information. Whether we are born blind or suffer from major events such as disease, accident, brain injury, and then lose or damage our original vision, we need more training to improve the ability of other senses to feel, identify and use, It is impossible to imagine the life style of the visually impaired, nor can it really imitate the real needs of the visually impaired. Therefore, we hope to complete this study by listing the following research questions:(1) Is the packaging function of goods convenient for the visually impaired?(2)If the packaging function of the goods is inconvenient for the visually impaired, how can it be improved? And how to make people with visual impairment adapt, get familiar with and recover their life style and habits faster, and then integrate into the environment faster, no longer produce distance, and make them have new hope and new expectation for life, so I hope to explore solutions through this study.
