觸覺感知下的3C產品價值探討-以材質與造形為例

摘要


產品設計師經常利用觸覺感知的不同來解釋材質及造形的重要性。顯然地在某些狀況下,比起視覺,透過觸覺更能感受其產品特性。因此,在觸覺感知下的3C產品價值程度,成了本研究首要探討之項目。本研究藉由觸摸3C產品材質及邊緣造形,探討這兩項因素是否會影響其產品價值程度。實驗分為兩部分,分別為材質及邊緣造形價值程度分析。在實驗中受測者全程矇眼,經由觸摸樣本感受其觸覺價值的差異,並進行價值程度高低的排序。而後受測者透過問卷,進行觸覺感知評量。研究結果顯示:(1)以觸覺價值而言,金屬性材質明顯高於其它材質,而矽膠的觸覺價值較低。(2)「紋理」材質因素表現佳,紋理與產品價值具有關聯性且具影響力。(3)產品邊緣造形的不同,對於男女性會影響其觸覺價值的判斷。(4)產品圓角及導角的設計,對於不同科系的學生來說是相當重要的,且造形角度相同,但切角大小不同,會影響其觸覺價值程度。(5)角度過大或造形銳利,觸覺價值相對較低,在導角表現較明顯。而比起導角,圓角評價較高。所得結果有助於未來3C產品造形邊緣設計之延伸,及提供在材質選擇時的參考。

Product designers often explain the importance of materials and shapes through tactile perception. Obviously, touch is more sensible than visual in some situations. Therefore, the degree of 3C product value under the sense of touch has become the primary project of this study. This study explores whether materials and edge shapes affect the value of their products or not by touching 3C products. The experiments are divided into two parts, which are the analysis of the material and edge value. In the experiment, the subjects were blinded in the whole process, they feels the difference in value and ranking by touching the sample. Next, the subjects conducted a tactile perception assessment through a questionnaire. The results are as follows:(1) In terms of tactile value, the metal material is significantly higher than other materials, and the tactile value of silicone rubber is lower. (2) "Texture" material factors perform well, texture and product value are related and influential. (3) The difference in edge shape will affect the judgment of men and women on the tactile value. (4) The design of product rounded corners and lead angles is very important for students of different departments. And the angle of shape is the same, but the size of the chamfer is different, which will affect the degree of tactile value. (5) The angle is too large or sharp, the tactile value is relatively low, and the lead angle is more obvious. The rounded corners are higher than the lead angles. The results will help to extend the 3C product's edge design and provide a reference for material selection.
