臺灣運動產業發展的社會過程研究

摘要

盱衡當前社會結構的急遽變遷及追求產業蓬勃發展狀況，運動產業的發展係受到各式社會力的影響結果，欲清楚釐清運動產業的發展結構，則不應只將運動產業單純看作是一種經濟層面的供給與需求發生後的結果或目標而已，而需將運動產業的發展放到整體社會脈絡中來檢視。鑑此，本研究為了瞭解台灣運動產業發展的社會過程，以政治、經濟及社會價值觀等社會力作為主要立論主軸，透過文獻分析與專家座談等方式，爬梳運動產業發展的社會力累積結構，以期獲得台灣運動產業發展的社會背景及歷程的宏觀觀照，並據以評估台灣運動產業發展的未來需求與方向，進而提出活化台灣運動產業發展的策略來協助產業發展。本研究結果發現台灣運動產業發展的社會過程階段，依序分為創成期(1938~1970)、發展期(1970~1990)、成熟期(1990~2000)及轉型期(2000~)等四階段發展。此外，政治社會力是影響台灣運動產業的重要關鍵，在未來發展的仍是重要影響的社會力。

Studying the social structure and the go after the positive development of the industry, the development of the sport industry was influenced by various kinds of social forces. If we wanted to look over the development of the sport industry structure clearly, we should not regard sport industry as a kind of simple economic supply and demand result or goal only. Actually we needed to check and review it in the whole context of society. The study was based on understanding the political force, economical force, and social value et. al. forces to analysis the social procure of the development of the sport industry. The researcher used literature analysis and forum to find the result of this study. We found that the sport industry development in Taiwan can divide into four periods, there were the start period (1938~1970), the developing period (1970~1990), the mature period (1990~2000), and the transform period (2000~). In addition, political social force was the important and major key factor to influence the sport industry development in Taiwan and will be so in the future.
