摘要


虛擬實境(VR)或擴增實境(AR)除了應用於遊戲產業外,亦廣泛地應用於軍事、體育、醫療之領域。近年來,更進一步推展至教育學習之領域,提供更深刻活潑的學習體驗。換言之,透過資訊科技相關技術之發展到位,預期未來此虛擬實境或擴增實境技術將快速地融入生活與學習之中。有鑑於此,本實務專題研究試以中華科技大學觀光系導入虛擬實境與擴增實境之相關設備,融入教學之實務領域,並選擇「觀光導覽」課程為基底,期許透過專家之深度訪談了解虛擬實境與擴增實境在教學技術層面之相關議題之研究。同時,在教學方面,試以了解觀光系學生對於擴增實境和虛擬實境在「觀光導覽」課程教學之相關滿意度及意見回饋。最後,綜整專家諮詢意見與觀光系學生的實務演練回饋,能夠具體地呈現出教學之成果,對於虛擬實境與擴增實境未來延伸至其他觀光餐旅相關課程之教學與實作,提供一實務借鏡與參考之依據。

Virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) is widely used in the military, sports, and medical fields in addition to the game industry. In recent years, it has been further extended to the field of educational learning to provide a more profound and lively learning experience. In other words, with the progress and development of information technology, it is expected that virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) technology will be quickly integrated into people's lives and learning. In view of this, this practical research project uses the Virtual reality (VR) and Augmented reality (AR) related equipment introduced by Department of Tourism at China University of Science and Technology to integrate into the practical teaching, and selects the "Guided Tour" course as the basis. It is hoped that through in-depth interviews with experts, we will be able to understand effects generated from using virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) in teaching, and furthermore tourism students' satisfaction and feedbacks on using augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) in the "Guided Tour" course. Finally, advices from the experts and feedbacks from the tourism students after their practical exercises in class will concretely reveal the teaching results, which will hopefully provide a basis for practice and reference in other tourism and hospitality related courses in the future.
