台灣休閒產業發展趨勢之探討

摘要

近年來國人經濟條件的改善、生活型態的改變，對休閒生活的重視與活動需求有增加趨勢，加上政府運用政策的推動擴大休閒產業的利基，顯現休閒產業確實為二十一世紀的主流產業。本研究主要是以文獻探討的方式，針對休閒產業的定義、休閒產業的種類與台灣休閒產業的種類內容，做進一步有助於評估休閒產業未來發展與趨勢的分析探究。本研究的結果發現服務業為現今社會的趨勢，就業人數也為行業中之首，其中以衣著鞋襪及服飾用品、餐廳及旅館、醫療與育樂是未來極具發展潛力的產業項目，均與休閒產業有著密切的關係。建議在全球化的潮流下，政府應積極爭取舉辦國際性的活動，以增加休閒產業的經濟活動，創造休閒相關產業的最大商機與利益；強化產、學間的合作，以達休閒專業化與永續經營的目的。

In recent years, the improvement of economic conditions and lifestyle changes, more and more people pay more attention to the leisure and activities also with the government policies to promote the expansion of the leisure industry, showing leisure industry was indeed mainstream industry for the twenty-first century. This study is based on the documentary's investigation for further help in assessing the future development trend and the trend analysis of leisure industry by aiming at the definition for the leisure industry, and its types and the content of Taiwanese leisure industry. The results of this study found that customer service was the current trend in society, and it has the most employment population of entire industries, which clothing footwear and apparel, restaurants and hotels, health and recreation are industrial projects that have potential development in the future, and they are all closely related to the leisure industry. Recommended to follow the trend of globalization, the government should actively seek international events organized to increase the leisure industry's economic activity and create maximum opportunities for leisure-related industries and benefits; to strengthen industry and academia co-operation to achieve the professional with the purpose of sustainable management.
