Industrial transformation and upgrading has become the main theme of social and economic development, which has an important impact on the development of vocational education. Accelerating the supply-side reform of highly skilled personnel training is an inevitable choice to adapt to the development of regional strategic emerging industries. At present, the structural contradiction between the supply of highly skilled talents and industrial transformation and upgrading is obvious, which is reflected in the different degrees of deviation between the hierarchical structure of vocational education, professional settings, talent training standards, curriculum system schooling mode and industrial development demands. Therefore, it is necessary to connect with the development of strategic emerging industries, build a professional system connected with the industrial chain and job chain, optimize the regional layout, innovate the form structure of talent supply, and build a diversified school mode to meet the precise connection between strategic emerging industries and highly skilled personnel training.

The outbreak of COVID-19 in late 2019 and early 2020 had not only impacted China's sports industry, but also brought new opportunities. The article analyzes the impact of COVID-19 on sports' events, manufacturing and service industries. Meanwhile, in the post‐epidemic era, to promote the development of sports industry, measures should be taken to increase the input and support of sports industry, strengthen sports innovation.

History is advancing in a spiral, and museology follows the same laws. New museology has emerged in response to the ever‐developing social needs. Compared with traditional museology, new museology is in multiple dimensions such as value pursuit and display methods. All are different. This article focuses on the development of museology and the advantages of new museology. It takes historical districts as the research object, the heritage protection of historical districts as the research purpose, and analyzes the development status of historical districts and museology in depth.Taking the new museum science as the entry point, this paper studies the protection strategy of the historic district.

This article designs a digital cymometer with STC89C52 as the control core. The system is mainly composed of a main control module, an amplifying module composed of a triode, a processing module composed of a Schmitt trigger 74HC14, a frequency dividing module, an LCD display module, etc. The system can realize the frequency measurement of sine wave, rectangular wave and triangle wave in the range of 1Hz~20MHz. This design was simulated using Proteus software and downloaded to the development board for hardware testing. The simulation and test results show that the design has achieved the predetermined functions, and has the characteristics of high cost performance and accurate measurement.

In recent years, university rankings have become ever more important. Every year when the university rankings are announced, it affects the hearts of schools, parents and students. In recent years, China has paid more and more attention to the development of higher education (Yang, & Welch,2012). The conceptual policies such as ＂211 Plan＂, ＂985 Plan＂, ＂Double First-Class Plan＂ and ＂World-Class University＂ have been proposed successively. It shows that China pays great attention to the rankings of higher education, internationalization and other issues. At the same time, China's unique party-government management model plays a significant role in higher education management. Therefore, this article seeks to explore the relationship between QS ranking and higher education administration. How does QS ranking affect higher education administration and how does China's higher education improve international rankings by improving the level of administration? This article uses Tsinghua University as a case study, since Tsinghua University is currently the number one university in China, and it performs well in the QS ranking in recent years and has a certain degree of representativeness. After the literature research, semi-structured interviews and data analysis as well as other research methods, it could find that at present, there are not many researchs on the relationship between QS ranking and the development of higher education administrative management level, thus this article has a certain degree of innovation.

In the highly practical teaching of navigation major, as an important part of the teaching system, maritime practice teaching not only improves the professional quality, practical ability, and environmental adaptability of maritime students, but also enhances their ability to use professional knowledge to find and solve problems, laying a solid foundation for them to set foot on the job in the future. Heart of Darkness, written by Joseph Conrad, is mainly based on his own experience in Congo, telling the journey of the protagonist Marlow through African jungle to search for an African invader Kurtz. It has always been a controversial work for its ambiguous attitude towards racism and colonialism. In this essay, by analyzing Marlow's attitude towards the Africans and the European colonizer Kurtz as well as the African wilderness, I argue that Conrad, instead of being a ＂racist＂, is actually an anti-racist, who means to disclose the atrocity and avarice of the European colonizers and reflect his anti-racism in his writing.

Objective: To explore the relationship between maternal and fetal complications during pregnancy and hyperredness, so as to find effective prevention and management measures. Methods: A total of 172 pregnant and parturients who were recorded, regularly examined and delivered in Naqu People's Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed, including the general physiological data in the early pregnancy (10-12 weeks gestation), late pregnancy (36-37 weeks gestation) and postpartum (within one week),The complications during the perinatal period were followed up, and they were divided into high red group (observation group) and no high red group (control group) according to whether or not they had high red. The laboratory indexes such as maternal blood, urine, feces, liver function and kidney function during pregnancy and the clinical symptoms such as the postpartum state were analyzed and compared between the two groups. To analyze and compare the pathological and physiological indicators of the general state, liver and kidney functions, blood system, placental umbilical cord and other pregnancy appendages of the neonates of the high red syndrome pregnant women and the neonates of the normal healthy pregnant women. Results: For coagulation function test, FHG (g/L) 2.40 0.64, APTT (S) 54.6 4.13, PT (S) 12.8 0.64, TT (S) 16.2 1.4 in HAPC group; Plateau control group: FHG (g/l) 2,16 0,34. The results of APTT(s), 48.2 3.91PT (S), 12.5 0.96, and TT (S) 13.2 3.2 were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Compared with the complication rate in pregnancy, the complication rate in pregnancy of the parturients with hyperchromia was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the results between the two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The comparison of the incidence of neonatal diseases showed that the incidence of neonatal diseases in the hyperchromia group was higher than that in the control group,Discuss: The combination of hyperchromia among pregnant women easily affected the coagulation function and caused the dereliction of duty of coagulation mechanism, manifested as the increased incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,At the same time, the combination of hyperchromia also aggravated the complications of pregnant mothers and infants.
