Spontaneous Rupture of the Stomach in a Newborn Infant a Case Report

摘要
患者是一個三天大的男嬰，懷孕38周，出生體重3,650公克，出生後96小時之內，嬰兒之一切情况均很正常，此後患者突發拒食及腹漲現象，腹部X光驗視呈現游離氣體存積於腹膜腔之中，經外科探腹手術，發現胃底部有一約三、四公分長的裂痕，隨行單純雙層縫合術，手術後醫護方面，特別着重於水分及電解質之平衡，最後患者平安康復，這是本院嬰兒室之第一病例，作者參閱文獻報告並討論其生理病變，致病原因以及癒後情况。

A case of spontaneous rupture of the stomach in a 3-day-old male newborn, characterized by sudden onset of abdominal distention, refusal of food and mild vomiting, is reported. The diagnosis was suspected through the evidences of abdominal x-ray and confirmed by laparotomy. The post-operative care included restoration of fluid and electrolyte balance. The patient's condition improved steadily and he was discharged without complications.
