摘要

本研究目的在探討一位孕婦獲悉胎兒染色體異常時的衝擊，至接受終止妊娠期間的經驗歷程及因應行爲。以田野研究法(field method)，將孕婦所表達出來的語言及行爲寫成行爲過程記錄，共計九篇，並予內容分析整理歸類。結果發現個案所經驗的歷程有三大階段：初獲得胎兒異常的驚駭反應、懷孕過程的回顧與統整、經由回顧與統整經驗感受，逐步與胎兒分離。而其因應行爲則包括藉且宗教力量、認命、合理化、樂於作母血篩檢的人及迴避觸景生情的情境等行爲。此篇研究報告可作爲護理人員照顧及提供此一類孕婦翔照護的參攷。

The purpose of this case study was to understand the life experience and coping behavior of a pregnant woman who received termination of pregnancy due to fetal abnormality in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy. Data were collected through nursing process recording and analyzed with content analysis Three main areas of life experience were inductively identified: (1) Initial impact reaction on hearing of fetal abnormality. (2) Recollection and reintegration of pregnancy period experience. (3) During recollecting and reintegrating pregnancy period experience, and gradual detachment from the existence of fetus.
Her coping behaviors were: religious beliefs, accepting fate, rationalizing, delighting in taking part in a maternal serum screening campaign and avoiding recalling the tragic setting. The findings of this case study can provide useful information for nurses when caring for such women.
