本文分析了激光等离子体诱导蚀除眼内病体组织的物理机理,并从理论上解释了等离子体诱导蚀除手术对周围组织副作用极小的关键原因是激光等离子体所具有的屏蔽机制,最后提出了更有效蚀除即把副作用降低到最低限度的解决办法。

English Abstract

In this paper, the physical mechanism about laser plasma-induced ablationa is analysed and the mechanism of plasma-shield is explained. In the end, some measures decreasing the side-effect of the laser plasma-induced ablation is put forward.
