Chinese Abstract

通過對比實驗的方法,對高重複率TEA CO2激光去除飛機表面漆層時,對飛機蒙皮材料的屈服強度、抗拉強度、楊氏模量等力學特性的參數之影響進行了初步研究。實驗發現,經過激光除漆處理後的樣品之力學參數沒有明顯變化,激光除漆對基材的力學性能沒有影響。

English Abstract

In this paper, the effect of paint stripping with a high repetition rate TEA CO2 laser on the yield strength, tensile strength and Young's modulus of the substrate is studied by the method of experimental contrast. It is found in the experiment that the mechanical properties of the samples did not change obviously after the treatment of laser paint stripping. It is concluded that laser paint stripping has no effect on the mechanical properties of the substrate.
