蓮霧園噴施固殺草(glufosinate)之防除效果

Efficacy of Glufosinate for Weed Control in Wax Apple Orchard

摘要


本研究評估除草劑固殺草(glufosinate)溶液(13.5%)對蓮霧園雜草之防除效果及其對蓮霧之安全性。測試藥劑固殺草以3及5L ha^(-1)劑量,於屏東縣、南投縣及宜蘭縣等3處蓮霧園試區,進行雜草防除之藥效及蓮霧藥害測定。經由雜草之株數、覆蓋率及鮮重結果顯示,以5L ha^(-1)劑量之固殺草對稗草(Echinochloa crus-galli L.)、牛筋草(Eleusine indica L.),升馬唐(Digitaria ciliaris Retz.)、碎米莎草(Cyperus iria L)、紫花藿香薊(Ageratum houstonianum Mill.)、大花咸豐草(Bidens pilosa L. var. radiate)、小白花鬼針(B. liposa L. var. minor)、野莧(Amaranthus viridis L.)及青莧(A. patulus Bertoloni)等雜草,具良好防治率。試驗期間蓮霧植株生育正常,均無黃化、褐化等可見之藥害徵狀。因此,於蓮霧園雜草生長旺盛至開花期前,均勻噴施5L ha^(-1)固殺草於雜草上,可有效防除蓮霧園雜草。

This study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of weed control of 13.5% glufosinate solution in wax apple yard at Pingtung, Nantou and Ilan counties. Two rates of glufosinate, 3 and 5L ha(^-1), were applied with water of 600 L ha^(-1). Barnyardgrass (Echinochloa crus-galli L.), goosegrass (Eleusine indica L.), southern crabgrass (Digitaria ciliaris Retz.), flat sedge (Cyperus iria L.), Ageratum (Ageratum houstonianum Mill.), Bidens pilosa L. var. radiate, B. liposa L. var. minor, slender amaranth (Amaranthus viridis L.) and green amaranth (A. patulus Bertoloni) were controlled with high efficiency by glufosinate application at 5 L ha^(-1). In the post-emergence test, glufosinate achieved acceptable weed control without herbicidal damages to crop.
