Chinese Abstract

近年來,隨著電子鼻技術越來越多地受到各國學者的關注,其研究和應用領域,特別是在食品檢測研究和應用領域也不斷得到擴大。文中主要介紹了近幾年電子鼻在國內外食品品質檢測、食品的新鮮度和成熟度評價、食品的摻雜區分和食品敗壞早期檢測領域研究的進展,並提出今後該注意和研究的問題。

English Abstract

Recently, more and more researchers have focused on electronic nose. And the range of research and the application of electronic nose especially in foodstuff, have also been enlarged. The paper introduced the research progress of electronic nose application on foodstuff quality inspection, freshness and maturity determination, detection of adulteration and initial spoilage inspection around the world in recent years. We also proposed severed emerging issues that deserve attention and research in the future.
