篩選到1株可以轉化香草酸生成香草醛的朱紅密孔菌(Pycnoporus cinnabarinus),SW-0203,通過培養基和轉化條件的優化後,可以將1.682g/L的香草酸轉化生成0.875g/L香草醛,摩爾轉化率為57.5%。在25L罐上進行放大試驗,香草醛產量為0.818g/L,摩爾轉化率為53.7%。對轉化液中的產物進行提取,得到純度為95%的香草醛結晶,提取收率為63.9%。

English Abstract

Pycnoporus cinnabarinus SW-0203 was screened for bioconversion of vanillic acid to vanillin. At the optimum fermentation conditions, it transforms 1.682g/L vanillic acid to 0.875g/L vanillin with a molar yield of 57.5%. 0.818g/L vanillin was obtained with a molar yield of 53.7% in 25 Lfermentor. Vanillin was extracted and its purity was 95% with a yield of 63.9%.
