Chinese Abstract

用不同孔徑的中空纖維聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微波膜及截留分子質量為5萬u和8萬u的超濾膜澄清處理綠茶、紅茶、烏龍茶等茶汁。結果表明,PVDF微濾膜不僅能有效去除茶汁中的膠體、顆粒、細菌等雜質,使瓶裝茶飲料在保質期內清澈透明,而且與超濾相比,能保留茶汁的有效成分。近2年來的實際應用表明,PVDF微濾膜組件使用壽命均已達到2a以上,微濾技術用於茶飲料澄清效果理想。

English Abstract

The PVDF hollow fiber micro-filtration membrane with different micropore diameter and different MW. cut-off UF membrane were used to clarify tea including green tea, black tea and oolong tea. The results indicated that the PVDF micro-filtration membrane was very effective in removing colloid, particles, bacteria etc. In comparison with ultra-filtration membrane, MF can reserve the characteristic ingredients of tea. It was also indicated that the lifetime of PVDF micro-filtration membrane can be over 2 years by actual application records, and it was proved as an effective method for clarification of tea.
